We have a dessert that can be eaten for breakfast or snack called "ginataan" — which means "cooked in coconut milk" in Filipino. You can make it with rice, starchy stuff like sweet potatoes and yam, or even with meat (that you can eat with plain or fried rice as well). Now, the Senegalese touch is the lime. I've got to try that! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

I'm surprised it's so similar to the spanish arroz con leche, even the addition of a citric (lemon in case of our arroz)
