Young man…chef's kiss for your delicious looking grub! Where do I begin. No cumin for me. I used ground turkey, to which I added tomato sauce(what I had in the cupboard). I seasoned meat and potatoes with chili powder and six pepper seasoning from Sam's club. I topped with shredded taco cheese, creme fraise instead of sour cream. I only had lemons to add to the cilantro, red onion, and tomato. Deeelicious!!!! Thank you for the inspiration. Took about 40 min total!!!
