SOFT and DELICIOUS Minced Meat Stuffed Buns Using SIMPLE Dough Recipe.
Very simple yet delicious and soft bread buns stuffed with minced beef. These always fly off our dinner table in seconds!
RECIPE (makes 16):
600g all purpose flour
300ml lukewarm water
5 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
500g mince beef
2 medium onions
1 tbsp salt
1/2tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil

I have been cooking for 3 decades and out of curiosity searched to see how others made their beef buns… your video was the first one that popped up. After watching I immediately made these… had no need to watch any other video and let me tell you the bread in this recipe is AMAZING 😭 it reminded me of the way I used to make buns it was PERFECT!!! The amount of everything in the bread was just perfect and the egg wash took it to a whole new level of perfect! SO DELICIOUS THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤ P.S I’m making these again today because they were so good and I already had requests at 3 a.m. to make more!!!! Good job 👏🏼 this is a winner!

Omg I just made this recipe and it came out SO DELICIOUS!!!!! I made the recipe in a stand mixer though and had a problem with my dough being a little too sticky. But it was an easy fix. Thanks tons for this amazing recipe 💕😍

There doesn't seem to be much flavour in the mince I would add some passata some paprika oregano cheese salt and pepper to taste.😊
