Can you imagine having access to, AND being allowed to document a closed off "new Capital city" AND a heavily closed off island? – This is what makes me feel alive.
One of the worlds worst dictatorship with concentration camps open and torture normalized. But muh Island is nice
How did I forgot this video
Funny that they're trying to represent Africa while not allowing any other Africans in.
3:48 Had to fact check this… you got it wrong. Rio Muni has approx 80% of the population and Bioko has 20%, despite having the current capital. Which is what I would have expected.
🇬🇶❤️🥺
You speak Spanish?
e
No he didn’t use the MURRAY’S ?? 😂
Is it a expensive country ?
I would love to visit and see. In my head, I always think I'm Spanish and would love to learn the language more.
Africa is beautiful 😊
Mexican? try dominican brotha…
This shocked me when I was 12 years old. Cuz I wanted to find out the languages of each african country and then I realized that Equatorial Guinea speaks spanish! I was shocked & didn't know that until now. Equatorial Guinea also speaks French & Portuguese
Country with rich resoucres and rich leaders but poor and oppressed people, You forgot to mention that.
No offence to Jack Massey Welsh but I think Geography Now has the guts to go anywhere, let alone Equatorial Guinea
0:19 that little beetle is struggling to walk
So what is the succession plan for when the President kicks the bucket?
En 🇪🇭 también se habla español!!!
🇬🇶
Very informative and interesting. Thanks!
This was an impressive feat of travel. 1: It's a newly independent country. 2 It's literally in the middle of development. 3: It's a very seldomly documented area and you visited all parts of the country. Great job.
I am in SA, and it's my dream to document EG for my international community. Great work.
Yay a travel to one of the worst dictatorships ever! Wuppie!
hey barbz, amazing video as usual
would you mind sharing the airline and connections you took to get to Equatorial Guinea?
3:50
The population of Bioko constitutes around 30%, not 80%
@09:34 I went to that hotel when it was being wrapped up in late 2015. The grounds leading into the hotel and private chateau was excellent. It sad to see 8+ years later they still haven't complete most of the build out in Oyala.
Did you have to take part in a vaccination program before going to EG? And is that generally a thing everywhere in Central Africa?
Un saludo a mis hermanos hispanos de guinea ecuatorial desde Venezuela. Me encantaría visitar su hermoso país algún día.
Very clean streets. Very impressive. May all of Africa prosper, no matter what origin or language.
Saludos cordiales de un youtuber de Guinea Ecuatorial, natural de Annobón. gracias por visitar la isla que me vió crecer
I really love their Spanish dialect.
Who taught him Murrays? 😂😂😂😂
It's amazing what oil can buy, even in developing countries.
Would love to see a video on Gabon.
amazing video
That presidential palace is a good example of tacky architecture. They could've built something more traditional African at least.
I never known such a specific country would have so much of significant facts that excited me to study more. Thanks for your introduction!
Thanks barbs, this cheered me up
I want to go !!!!
even barbs went to equatorial guinea
when will JACK GO THERE
CMON
What you said about ONLY a few foreigners being able to visit Ciudad de la Paz is true. Mainly people that go to summits taking place in Oyala.
You actually came.
