If the dude saw your video and copied it without a shout out, that's dirty I agree. I do believe that's probably the case based on what you said. The concept itself however isn't super original. I was just thinking about the same idea a few weeks ago and I have 60 subscribers and make maybe 2 videos a year on my phone lol. My point is that he probably saw your video, thought it was a good idea, but didn't think it was so original that it required a shout out. LinusTechTips has something called Scrapyard Wars for instance, where they try to build the best gaming PC for a certain budget and only can buy used locally. That's a unique enough idea that if anyone stole it, it's too obvious. The shoe vs shoe thing has gone done IRL for years, even if you popularized it on Youtube. I feel you, but at the same time I would have just ignored it if I were you after I had said something. I think you're bigger than that stupid shit, maybe a better way to have handled it was a simple post calling him out for copying and then leave it at that.

Somebody came up with the concept of uber and lyft a long time ago, but they executed quickly. Take it as a lesson learn when you have an idea to jump on it and as they say "get to the spot first". It's very simple he copied you and needs to give back to the culture.
