@neci5776

Hi Flo I come across one of your videos ever since then I am hooked on your channel. I love everything about you and your authenticity to everything you do. You are truly Nigerian lady from the great East. You have helped me perfect my Nigerian soups especially equsi soup, I know you said is not one of your favorite but I love it but I don’t know how to cook it however, after watching your video it helped. I grew up here in the States and married a Latino husband so I don’t usually cook Nigerian dishes. After I watched some of your videos I am inspired. I know this video has been a few years back I hope you still see my comments.

Good evening Ma!

I have a question or an idea : do you think I can use a rice cooker for this recipe to prevent the pot from burning?

For example, I could mix et pre cooked rice and the fried stew together in the Rice cooker and then let it cook by itself.

@fatimahanddwayne

Watching this in 2020 has reminded me how Nigerian jollof 🇳🇬cooking process has changed over the years and now the majority of Nigerians cook it similarly to that of the Ghanaian jollof 🇬🇭 process, thanks to YouTube 😁.
