Would walking a few miles every morning help me if im skinny? Isee people walking to loose weight. I dont want that but i would like to build my legs strength and endurance.
I have a question I'm 16 years old and I weigh 140 lbs and I do home excercises like calisthenics regularly I don't go gym though, should I start taking proteins because I keep trying more and more but I don't see any massive changes in gaining muscle.
I make a smoothie, 934 calories and 55g protein RECIPE: 30g peanut butter. 15g honey. 30g protein powder, 200-250ml milk and 1 medium banana(tip: use big banana for CALORIES)
Trying to gain weight in my 30s is really difficult. I've been naturally skinny my whole life and the job I'm in now I walk an average of 55 miles every single week for the last 3 years. It's crazy trying to find information as someone trying to gain weight but doesn't want to lift weight. MOST of the results for searching how to GAIN weight will show results for how to LOSE weight and all these scams people try to push. I met with a nutritionists and basically because the amount I move every day I have to eat 3,000-3,200 calories JUST to stay even and I need to aim for 3,500+ to make any significant gains. Just getting to 3000 calories alone every singly day is very difficult. I'm 6'1" and around 135lbs. Before this job I was 160 and even at that weight I was not happy. I think I just need to find a new position where I'm not getting such an intense physical exercise every day. It's sort of a double edged sword though because the physical activity has helped TREMENDOUSLY for anxiety and depression. The middle ground is finding a balance but that's simply not an option doing deliveries on foot.

Hi
Well I want to bulk up, but if I drink milk since milk is a dairy product it will make my acne worse. So how do I bulk up as a skinny teenager?
