I would have turned the M-bedroom into the kitchen / living, living into dining area, half of living area into guest toilets with corridor to two rooms.

Design looks average/;so so

Not to be too critical but this is a horrible floor plan. The missing laundry/utilities, shower, closets, storage etc are all very off. Also, for a compact floor plan like this the living area is an awkward management of space shown here, while two separate toilets for a small house of this scale may not properly work out as shown here atleast

I like together kitchen and dining at one place.
