It's just butter,suger, floor no baking powder no yeast?
mines a fail it seams very soft too much butter for the amount of flour , unless ive got it wrong its a whole block of butter 250g the same amount of flour 250g and 50g of caster sugar , i cooked them at 170 at the top of my oven fan oven till brown just over 15mins , when i went to take them out the tray they all fell to bits ?? so ive left them cooling to see if they get harder , the four i used was out of date would this make the difference .
