Interesting! How can they have Jollof competition and you don't have representative from the countries where it´s originated from. When you talk about Jollof, it´s originated from Senegal & Gambia (Senegambia). In both countries, it´s called differently. Chep in Senegal & Benachin in Gambia. One thing that´s interesting is that Gambia & Senegal never fought about who makes the best Jollof but Ghana & Nigeria are always. Hahaha! Some countries are even copying the Senegal & Gambia recipe.
