If a man chooses polygamy why you both have to fight amongst each other. This jealousy why if you were in charge of your husband in the first place you wouldn't be in that situation. OK so i want to answer a few questions, from an American woman perspective (sort of): Men over here can and will have Side Chicks, even if they don't have a job. A lot of times, people get into those types of relationships (or lack thereof) because its someone from their past and they haven't let go for whatever reason. Although being Poly isn't for everyone, I respect peoples decision to live their life the way they want, as long as no one is getting hurt. Im actually good friends with a Poly couple! On the other hand, if you are in a Monogamous relationship. its not smart to suddenly introduce something like this to your significant other.
Honesty is the best policy. if everyone in the relationship is honest, perhaps some things can be worked out. as long as its in both peoples boundaries. Sorry for the long response!

I like it and glad I don't have a side guy. Eventhough I'm nearly 40. I never been married and I'm thinking long and hard. What if I was to be a second wife to someone? I'll be uncomfortable with the person that's why I take my time getting to know a person. Even if I have kids. Then how will the person and vice versa.

Side chick for me sounds like the teenager going into either in their 20's or early 30's that right there a guy should have commonsense to know these side chicks is all about money period. Nothing more than what they want. Guys do you really think that side chicks really care for you no. So unless you want to not only waste money but along with giving them you will have more stress than anything. They are the ones don't care about who you have in your life. They will drain you to the bottom and demands so much out of you and especially if she is good looking you will blindly love her and ignore your deepest feelings as to what really you are getting out of this. Peer pressure for you because they alone can break up your marriage or relationship you have. Now age group bracket over 40' ,50',60' they are more mature they don't see themselves as side chick they see themselves as mistress. The older ones don't need to break up your marriage all they want to give is what you are not getting. A older women you can get out of them more love and respect why respect is if you tell her what you want out of her she would rather tell you beforehand what she wants and expect to get from you. Money helps everyone side chicks or not. But especially if the wives desire to have their husband choose what he wants because the wife is not giving him. Then the best person is a older person.
