I live a very healthy diet and live a very healthy live. My fibroid was 13 x 17 cm. There are so many reasons to have fibroids. It's not that easy. And btw: I need food and calories. I am 179 cm tall and have 55 kg. I have to eat a lot of everything. For me is interesting to have more Vit A (see studies) and more iodid (prevents uncontrolled cell grow). This is what I do now.
I don’t think so! My friend just got diagnosed with it, n she have the most healthy diet, she doesn’t eat carbs, if she does is corn base! Bz she is allergic to gluten!

I had a peach sized fibroid which was discovered when I was trying to get pregnant. After 2 miscarriages they found it and like 9 smaller ones. After surgery I got pregnant and a healthy baby. Unfortunately because of the fibroid surgery I had to have a c-section.

It’s true it happened to me when I came from Africa to western world started eating too much carbs that I wasn’t eating before like pizza, breads, takeaways, too much unhealthy snacks full of sugar then within 2 years I developed a fabroid . I wish I had these kind of information then like being in keto diet as doctors just know to remove it not to treat it.
GOD has been dealing with me about doing a keto or Mediterranean diet. A diet basically with healthy meats, vegetables, & fruits. No carbs. Thanks for this video!

I enjoy a little meat but can"t put it anywhere near my mouth during my cycle without heavy blood loss, what has worked to get mine to slough has been acupuncture and TCM herbs, supplements, getting off of wine, sugar and coffee, low carb (no grains and carby stuff) fasting on water and green drink diets and addressing psycho-emotional traumas and childhood trauma esp sexually related. Suffering from fibroids draws you inward which is how the really healing takes place.
Would this diet work if there's an ovarian cyst that's grown during menopause?
