  2. I go to a restaurant in New Jersey, the city of Elizabeth and the restaurant is called Minhoto’s. As an appetizer, I always order shrimp in garlic sauce. Is your dish the same? I’ve never heard of the chef there using onions in the shrimp.

  3. My paternal family is from Lorenco Marques & we NEVER took the skin's or heads off the shrimps.We used to suck the juices from the heads when eating,discard them & some of us used to eat the rest of the shrimp with skins on.
