Ummm th immigration part all lies..he was deported becuase he wasn't a citizen of usa period.. when you're a Green card holder and you commit a felony you'd be deported . if he had filed like he said and got his citizenship and got out of prison he could've still come to ghana becuase he wont be classified as a flight risk so he could still come to ghana and go to usa anytime…
