I would disagree on bigger arms. I would work on the back and lats which would help push out his arms to make them look wider. Also using bands to focus less of the workout on the forearms and more on targeting the actual muscle

I would heavily dissaggree. Most body builders have way too big of biceps and triceps, so that the forearms are looking weak and thin in comparison. I think the forearms should always be bulkier than the biceps and triceps, complemented by nicely rounded and huge deltoids. As seen here it is PERFECT and I would do anything to have these kind of proportions!

Personally, if I were Chris’ size, I would lean up a hair. He’s obviously in great shape for the average guy, but I love looking in the mirror and looking “tight”….muscle separation, definition, kind of a 3D look everywhere.
