SHE WAS SCAMMED OVER LAND IN GHANA SO SHES GOING BACK TO THE STATES

Today I’m sitting down to talk to Leslie about her journey in Ghana and how she went from moving to Ghana from the States, to living in a coconut hut, to being scammed over land in Ghana to now deciding that she’s leaving Ghana for good.

She’s finally fed up and wants to leave Ghana and go back to the States.

Let’s hear Leslies story.

❤ thank you sister for the education 😊

@ashleybanksss

She was just absolutely lovely! You were an excellent host and her story is very educational. I have reservations about buying land in Africa myself. It’s crazy there’s just too many people sharing their testimony being robbed. They Rob even their own people. So if your American your a walking target. Shows how important it is to do your homework but that takes time. All this going back to Africa seems like a weird trap. People leaving Africa to go to Europe or Germany. Meanwhile black Americans leaving to go to Africa especially after that “Year of the return” talk. What’s really going on here? Is it a trap? America as much as I love this country may not top for very long, especially after BRICS currency.

@adrena93

It’s so disappointing to hear this because I loved Ghana so much I wanted to adopt and purchase a second home. But the treatment I got from the women in Ghana turned me far away. All the red flags was enough to take heed

@giftsofapoet6341

I knew you were from Cali we just sound different 💎💎💎💎

@lailaharris2881

I just think I’ll stick to South Africa for purchasing property.

@1653tlw

I know exactly what she is talking about. I trusted and got scammed as well. Also Americans there aren't any better. they became part of the environment. I see why black people are cursed, and how we do each other since 401 years ago. When will the cycle break?

@sistaluv1357

I pray that you recover fully from the terrible experiences that you encountered. Thanks for sharing.

@ylstaggs

@rasasonchi5581

GOOD RIDDANCE

@chloecreate

The melanin skin lady is such a story to watch. She appears to live her wildest dreams. I think I am as imaginative as her but the difference is that when it comes to implementing, I develop cold feet and will need constant reassurance, a plan, a proof that it will work.

@Manny_Toure

Year of return was a huge scam

@originalceo

I've invested in real estate in three continents and it's easily in top three worst industries in terms of ethics. Without doubt it brings out the worst in people (even so called reputable) of ANY status. Those who are successful either ruthless shameless sharks or built success around group of personal connections. And I'm not only talking Africa, USA and UK.

Hello All …
We want to make everyone aware of SuCasa Property in Accra Ghana .

My Family and I live in the states and started this process back in May 2023 with a sense of joy running through our spirit. We went through E. Wells Realty & consulting to purchase a house with hopes of a smooth transition . Our contract stated 16 weeks to complete and as of now turned into 2 years.
We provided Sucasa with agreed upon payment to complete our home. We trusted all parties to meet their responsibility and follow up on details agreed upon within the contract. I am disappointed with the effort and commitment thus far. We requested a refund January 3,2024 and still have not received those funds. Each party signed a legal contract which is binding to both parties. Contract states 3 month refund with the CEO of Sucasa implying in a video he guarantees 100% refund .This situation with Sucasa has been disheartening to my family. Sucasa show’s unethical behavior, lack of empathy and misrepresentation . The journey of returning home has been full of obstacles. Thru social media we discovered many other diaspora with similar stories alone with Ghanaian loans but no house. Please beware of SuCasa.

I realized that black people in general ( of course there are a few exceptions, my father is one of the exception), but most are lack of honesty, lntegrity, they are not trustworthy. I also realized that African people lie a lot. They say something, they do something else. Lying for them is a way of life
I find that disgusted. In general, blacks are NOT trustworthy. So, that caused the countries led by blacks to be behind because the world can't trust African countries because of their lack of trust. They lack consciousness and lack of self-respect, most of black people are NOT trustworthy
Well, many would say this is something general in humans. Yes, all that I said can be found in every human, from all races, BUT in black people, especially African, we see those more. We find more blacks with those bad qualities than white people. I know because I have lived with many white people, and I didn't even need to live with them to see that most of them live by their words.. That's ONE of the reasons they are leading the world. That why their countries work. I don't know the percentage of statistics, but those bad qualities found in the majority of African and African descent people, are found in minority of European and European descent people ( Of course in Americans also, because they are also Europe descent). I would rather deal with white people than with black people. I am expected that some black people will call what I say racism because black people in general never accept to take responsibility for anything. They like to blame others for their everything that happens to them. They also blame spirit, Satan, friends, family members, or racism for whateverhappenedto them, or for the consequences of their own actions. They like to play victims. I was born in the Carribbean. I was raised by a father who everyone knows as an honest man, with integrity, self-respect, and respect for others. So, I believe that is why I turned to have all those qualities also. This is the reason I can't deal with most black people. I don't see myself married a black man. Especially African man. They are liars, they lack integrity, lack self-respect, they are not trustworthy. African people, you need to do better. Black people, in general, you need to do better. As I mention, I was born in a country in the Carribbean. I saw the same behaviors. People steal people lands. People sell a land that doesn't belong to them. People sell the same land twice, three times
People scam others, especially the diaspora. The ones who are outside the country. All my father and my mother lands, and houses people are trying to steal them. I have to hire lawyers to help me recuperate what's belong to me. One man build a house on one of my land. Black people are greedy, jealous, ungrateful, entitled, untrustworthy, and lack of integrity in general. I am not close to black people, besides my family members, sisters, cousins, aunts, uncles. I have only two black friends. They ate people I knew since I was in elementary school. They are respectful and trustworthy people. They are part of the few exceptions. Now, I am waiting for the nasty comments. As I said, majority of black, never take responsibility for anything. So, I won't be surprised that instead of recognizing that what I said us true, they will instead call me all kind of names..😅

@uplayitIlisten

again?

@Luxebarbie

most Ghanaians are welcoming

@el.quintana3021

The problem is every diasporan want to buy land in accra and its environs. Well, here is the catch, accra lands are risky to buy unless your really open your eyes and become smart.

Lands in Kumasi , cape coast , takoradi and many other cities in Ghana are not double and triple sold and those areas are cheaper to live.

I have a Jamaican friend who has bought a big land with cocoa plantaion and fish ponds. He has his home there too and he is comfortable.

Maybe our brothers and sister returning can explore other cities other than accra

@cryptodetective8226

We all knew it. Can't trust them.

@sportsrealm32

Land issues is no joke. Most of the locals even get scammed. Selling lands to multiple people. Sorry u had this experience

I'm not understanding why the name of this company is not being if the company was at fault if the company is fraudulent by sharing the name they would not be any legal ramifications for sharing the company's name whenever a person don't share the name of the company that they say fraud them is because there is some things that the person is saying is not true and that's defamation I suggest my brothers and sisters do your research and do your own research don't listen to what people tell me I'm telling you black people lie especially black women who get caught up in things and instead of telling the truth they get embarrassed and they go and make stories everybody knows this so don't be quick to believe everything

@charles484

She decided for short cuts she is a drama queen since she arrived in Ghana about three years ago something ago she tried to fight a man in. Cape coast

Ahh, I LOVE this story. This is a victory! It is good to know Ghana cares about right ruling. I can’t say the same about Tanzania in this regard.

@joshuaacquaye6933

I love Leslie, even with her bad experience she is still smiling in telling her story. I love how she end it. It's not ghana but an individual.

@BASSCAR9

Ghana is not our return! if you want me to go to Scripture! let me know! halalo ath Ya'oh

@KenRobert1

I am sorry this happened to you Leslie, being scammed over land is my big fear. I really disliked when our own people do horrible to our own and it seems like those that do bad to our own do more damage to the black community. The mistrust and betrayal is high amongst us while we are facing an oppressive system.

@mogotsi_

You can normalize the actions of Ghanaians or blame this 5 year nightmare on Leslie being naive & too trusting, but at the end of the day, the mindset of Africans wanting big money today, instead safeguarding the future of their children through investments from the diaspora, they continue the cycle of poverty plaguing Africa, by scamming & creating a bad reputation for themselves.

Foreigners being scammed on the continent, even in Egypt, is normal and just like the crimes of the West has eventually caught up to it, & eventually, so will the actions of Africans biting the hand, that is trying to help.

You're doing this to yourself & to be quite honest, demonizing black Americans for the crimes committed upon us is all we know, because white people have done it to us our entire lives. It's all we know.

And now so-called extended family is doing the same. We will survive you, just as we have white people.

We will have our Wakanda with or without you.

Big hugs Leslie,

"Small But Mighty Crew"

@BluuJourney

They're trying to get people to come and invest while scammers are scamming potential investors away. Smh

@iAmLeslieJones

Just watched it again! Love it so much! Catching new things too!

@UGCshakinahstouch

@satulaasana928

Good luck with DR

@celestetibbs3100

I’m so sorry that you were assaulted. That first real estate agent knew what was up…God will often warn us but we ignore Him and do what we want to do. I’ve been there. Best to you in the future.

@bobasare5916

What was this lady scammed out of?

@dalejones2108

I was scammed by Ghanaians when I lived in the states. Then I came to Ghana to find this person but she blew me off at the airport. But I found love with now who my wife is.

@TABULOUS1

I warned kollonized minds about these levels of WORLDWIDE scams against BLAQppl, and AS PER USUAL , kollonized minds doubledown AND DISMISS TROOTHtellers — ESPECIALLY those whom tend to trust their perceived allLIES.
….So We just sit back, grab our popcorn, and watch the (most likely rinse&repeat) trainwreck unfold.
Meanwhile, I hope your (BLAQ) audience has the cognizance not to TakeTheBait on this orchestrated scenario, but congrats in advance on the moneygrab from those that DO buy into it: ….GoodLUCK surviving, girls!!
