  1. At age 20 you should be able to know what’s right and wrongâ€Ļ nobody is to be blamed but her, because she knew her way of life was wrong but chose to continue with itâ€Ļ as humans we’ve all made some mistakes in life and learning from those mistakes is what makes us better.

She knew what she was doing was wrong but she chose to continue without minding the repercussions that follows.

    “Moral lesson”
Never let the actions or behavior of others define who you are or choose to be in life

  2. First let me say. I watch 3 of your videos by Tales at Down and I love them all, I think because there a lesson to learn it each one. Anyway what do I think about the story. I think because the father knew the stepmother was like that. He did a bad job leaving his daughter with her. I mean have the girl had no other family members he could had left her with in her father village? Also the father was always away somewhere but still he could had done a better job by keeping a eye on his daughter well being especially when got became a young ladies and came on her blossom woman – hood

  3. I don't think my comment can change what I heard from this story. What I can say is that life has its own way of teaching us about bad and good. Sometimes the things we experience in our lives can be both spiritual and physical. This is my opinion, you either like it or leave it.
Thanks for sharing this story with us.

  4. I found myself pondering throughout the story: why did her father leave her with Madam Alice, someone he mistrusted? And what about her mother—where did she go? It's a mystery that lingered for me. Also, considering the era, why didn't Madam Alice consider birth control for her? Were condoms not an option then? Nevertheless, I'm glad she eventually found her way and that her father stood by her. What do you think were the biggest factors in her transformation?
