What's the movie title?
Hidden Figures is a hidden gem. I am grateful that a sliver of the work these amazing humans accomplished has been captured, no matter how dramatized the story surrounding their work in the film may be, the actual women who made this happen is truly inspiring. As much as I love solving a maths problem, I couldn't use the same technology available then to do what they did, and I think that speaks volumes about the prowess of them and is a personal indictment upon myself. I should strive to aspire to the understanding of maths, physics, and engineering that these true heroes gave implicitly because it was their nature.
That's the history our kids should be taught. This and so much more history that has been washed away.

None of this actually happened. The few instances of the movie that can be corroborated have been shot with so much creative license, it may as well have featured unicorns and rainbow-tinged hair.
