As a Realtor my professional opinion is DC is not paying for the house because he is not the next of kin. They were not married their kids are minors so that house legally would go to her parents as next of kin.
And if he pays it off who is going to pay the taxes and maintenance on the home?

How do I report a business for ppp loan fraud?
A restaurant I worked for years ago used my social and many other former employees socials and lied about us working in 2020. I called IRS and they said that the business themselves would have to change it!
