Actually Google Map works very effectively well everywhere on the three main islands (Mahรฉ, Praslin and La Digue) in the Seychelles.

You can also purchase food from local takeaway, they normally work out to around Rs50 for a large meal. This is what me and my husband do every time we visit, all local takeaways have a menu outside. When you walk in simply tell the local what you want to order and they will get if from the kitchen or serve you through a visible buffet.
