I thought its solid bricks atvfoundation level, not hollow block bricks foundations hv to be very solid for house to stand for ongoin years.

Where is the drainage/pipes BEFORE you lay/complete the foundation??? This is NOT how buildings are done in the US and I am from Europe

When I see building projects on the content I always see foundations being built before the groundwork drainage systems? I work in the construction industry and tbh it’s very concerning to not see the correct steps being followed. In the west their are building regulations, I wonder what security we have when purchasing homes. Do they come with the certificate of completed works by competent individuals or do we just hope for the best?
