🇧🇼🇧🇼🇧🇼🇧🇼😁😁🤟🏽🇧🇼🇧🇼🇧🇼🇧🇼
Seswaa is normally made with the beef belly meat called 'lebala'. I personally love it with bones, it's absolutely delicious ❤️
I love this. Nothing like trying an indigenous meal ♥️ you did WELL
i love what you are doing man
Very nice sir, I am from Botswana and I had to check YT for a seswaa recipe as I have never made it- my parents always did! Lol. Very nice combination or pap and spinach. That’s how I am going to eat mine as well. Thanks ✊🏾
Nice recipe,
Nick try but the best way to cook these is to let the meat to fall from bone and you need to keep the broth on the meat so that you miss it with meat for meat not to be try. When is cook you use a wooden strict to beat the meant into shred.
That ugali isn't cooked
❤️❤️
I'm 4 years too late 😂 but you are supposed to break down the meat in the pot as you cook. Those bones are meant to aid you, as you stir the meat throughout the process the bones rub into the meat and pull it apart for you. It's all about technique my guu, but much love for trying ❤️ You made us proud here in Botswana, not often we see our indigenous dishes made elsewhere.
I need that cleaver… good job.
Nice try with the seswaa there bro. I think you should take a swing at Beef Jollof rice from Ghana as well. It's a delicacy.
This looks difficult to make but challenge accepted.
Mmm Tammy cooking in botswana traditional way
👅👅👅👅👅👅
Good job 🤙 you can come help cook in our wedding ceremonies 😃
That's NOT how to cook Pap. (And it's not the same as ugali.) Your efforts are appreciated, though.
Thanks for this video! I don't care WHAT they say. You did a good job on this! I go to Botswana from the USA three to four times a month. 👍
Modimo! Chotlo wena onkgopotsa kogae ko zeerust north west
Well done. The meat is not shredded tho, its beaten with a long heavy stick.
Nice one am honoured
My word i could eat that!!!!!!! Good job.
No way near how its done
That's not the proper way to eat papa. Ugggh!
I'm pleasantly surprised. You did well! We usually also add tomato to our morogo but that works perfectly fine too. Great video!
