Why the defence lawyers are pushing it. Kelly Is not arrested because police have no evidence against her and the defence lawyers knows that that's why they are using it as their advantage. In reality the don't want Kelly to be arrested because of the confessions of accused 1and 2. The confessions are benefiting the defence lawyers not the state. Kelly is not going to be arrested but the defence lawyers they going to use her as their witness to destroy the confessions evidence. Kelly haters must just relax. Kelly she's still not a suspect. Is only a suspect on social media not in court. The second docket have slim chances to be used. The case will be finished in this trial.

Look who is entrusted to solve cases: Sgt Batho Mogola, a police officer with 18 years of experience in the police force, yet stuttering and stammering and unable to account for her investigation. It's a shame in the face of the country to be at the hands of such incompetence.

This witness firstly answered she doesnt know of the warrant of arrest, after turn Ratha says it on the drafted evidence suddenly she is aware of the arrest. Again she doesnt know why it wasnt exercised, aghhhh this is a waste of our tax money over court proccedings. People who were in the house must be fetched with immediate effect no ways.
