  1. Why is this "so-called" Judge with 50 years of experience, always covering up for State incompetency and unprofessional behaviour by reading apartheid judgements. By far the State can't prove it's case beyond a reasonable doubt, why going as far as bringing bank statements if you really have a case. 205s are needed

  2. Useless judge, just because defense is there to make sure justice is done so they must help the state with documents they said to have mxm nonsense this thing at this court, defense must help the state and again go through those documents aloke when preparing like seriously why are the accused not released if the state cant pin then with it case?

It clear this judge wants to arrest the accused and JP now cant remove him for all this postponing yet they remove the other one for delays to make judgment

Ratha is doing as he pleases protecting the state everytime it fails to funish the defense with documents they need, this is so disappointing our justice system is joke seriously, wasting our tax money😑😑🚮🚮

  3. After discovering that the number belongs to someone and has been using it for a longtime way before Ntanzi opened the standard bank account, the documents are now not clear😂😂😂😂😂

  4. yebo, section 167 of constitution provides a "Direct Access to Constitutional Court" = any person "when it is in the interests of justice and with a leave of the CC" to bring a matter directly to the Constitutional Court or to appeal directly to the CC from any other court.

Am trying to to say in this case there's more reason to apply for a ventilation of law at CC, in the cause of justice.

  5. The prosecution tried to read the statements to buy time,
You get a copy from the bank u can't read😂,tge prosecution should of same time contacted the bank for a clear copy 😂but no he wanted to buy time cleverly,
Baloyi is finished so is Ratha and some senior police officers, one can see total Cooking😂

  6. To adequately defend your client, it's crucial to promptly obtain the CD's contents(not waiting for 8 months). That serves the defence's clients' best interests. They shouldn't require a judge to cite case law to grasp their duty and the immediacy involved. This defence must step up its game.

  7. RATHA BALOYI HES COOKING TODAY HE WILL COME WEDNESDAY WITH NEW EVIDENCE EBOLILE RATHA I WONDER IF YOU ARE REALLY JUDGE I DONT TRUST YOU NOW IM SURE YOU BOUGHT CERTIFICATE

  8. Baloyi, Sibanda, Gininda the nest is closing against them, they fabricated information, now everything does not make sense, they do not know how to get out😅

  9. What state try to prove is that this five men the were in Jozi in 2014 but state can't pro that those five men there were in khumalo's house when Senzo killed.

  10. 50 yrs of experience 😄😄😄Where is Baloyi? Telling the defence to work with Baloyi compiling the documents. Where is the LEAD investigator with 205s? If it was the defence Ratha would've shouted ,threw his fingers in the air.THE HIGH COURT is a joke sthru

  11. Hee maar Ratha is a tsotsi, he reads a paragraph from Judgement that rebukes the State, yet he interpretes it to imply that it is placing a shared responsibility on both the State n defence, just to avoid rebuking the State's ambush. Ae bafethu die tyma!

  12. This are the kind of criminals ,murders whom their case should be taken streight to ConCourt as a case of direct access and get them sentences for lifelong prison without a chance to stand trial or even plead guilty or not .Not Cadre Zuma .
