  1. The old men of senegal who dont bathe and are entitled will soon show him that senegal is africa and will begi to engage in corruption just wait

  2. Senegal I knew in the eighties,a calm country was the mecca of francophone countries in terms of culture, economic and politics.
The issue then was Casamance and Zinguichor was the place for the separatist movement,it was about resource control,I hope it is now settled as I have not kept on with current situation.
I wish Senegal happiness in it's new dawn,as they reshape the political landscape, forge new policies for economic growth in oil, gas, farming, fishing and fighting desertification.
We should learn from the critical thinking skills, communication skills and continuing patriotism of the Senegalese people.
    JE Vous souhaite bonne chance.
Vive la Republique de la Senegal

  3. Pray to God he is a giant like the leaders of the SAHEL FREE THREE. The young must not make the mistake of the corrupt older generation. God bless the Senegal President and guide him in the right way to help his people thrive.

  4. he should focus on more doing and less talking. remember, France has been at this for long. they have manpower and skill set to change the narrative. more power to him

  5. He really haven’t said much to convince me of a man with plans and aspirations for his people. When people like this win an election and especially with the heighten movement in the Sahel region, you wonder who hand behind his victory and why. Is this another puppet for blood money like Nigeria fake president or Ghana puppet President or South Africa puppet president with exception of Malema, keeping him honest!

  7. Africa had a society where there was no word for a jail, orphanage, a brothel or old people's home… Africa knew none of that, yet, anthropological researches indicates that there was law and order, engendered by culture, traditions, 'social living' and African spirituality; the elements of which later went into the conception of Judaism, Christianity(and Christendom) as well as islamism. "…The society took care of its own" – Prof. John Henrik Clarke.

  8. This is a leader to respect and not the fraud that parades himself as Nigerian President. This is a well structured speech and with a strong stance to defend, strengthen and respect his fellow countrymen. The fake Nigerian President is a total opposite of this young, direct, focused and independently-minded leader. Senegal won…

  9. Great strides by young African leaders. But let the democracy be defined by your African values and heritage. Don't copy western style of democracy because it is not suitable for non-European nations – its not a one-size-fits-all. Use it as a basis but customize it to suit your own cultural values.

  10. There was a time, after colonialism, that Africa needed countries like France.
    Thats how conquest works.
    Today?
Africa needs no one but each other.

  11. A United Africa would be a sight to behold!
Only God’s intervention can make it work.
I believe God hasn’t abandoned, nor forgotten Africa.
I was born in the States.
    I often asked myself….
“Do my people even realize what they have?”
    Today, I think yes!
The French is about the French.
    Same with Britain.
    Spain, Italy, Germany.
There’s only a problem when Africa is about Africa!
A young man, that becomes president and gives honor to those who came before him?
    That’s a good sign!
    I find that honorable.
