Ghana, it's called Jollof rice. Mostly not with fish though. Fresh okra🤔, mmmhhhm! We don't eat with okra. But good to see how you prepared it.
Good cooking but you didnt need to soak the rice, put carrot slices and bean. Also we do not put potatoes. I found that a little awkward as a Senegalese. but everyone has their own way to cook
