If you live in areas where there are earthquakes or other types of disasters you would already be practicing rotating these all the times so that you always have at least a three weeks supply of food you just rotated remember sloppy Joe’s. That’s a great way to do your beads and beat. I can’t think of anybody that doesn’t like macaroni and cheese the list goes on and on.

Stocking up on commercial, canned food products etc. Is not a bad thing. But what is a bad thing? Is those who have the opportunity to grow some of your own food and don't, that is a bad thing. Those who could learn to can't and don't, that is a bad thing.
I think videos like this cause a shortage Because of all those who just wouldn't bother didn't have the common sense to start prepping for themselves a long time back. They're going to go and spend their money and someone else is going to gain the most and that won't be you.

I would like to know exactly who frugal recipe person is. And then I'd like to know exactly where and how they come across this so-called secret list of groceries.
I'm not discrediting everything here but I'm questioning. How does this person or artificial intelligent thing know? There's going to be say a shortage of beans?
And here's another thing if you don't know how to can foods stocking up on dried beans might not be the best option. As the longer dried beans set the tougher the shell will become. And if there was a serious energy crash you're not going to be able to cook dried beans. So if you don't know how to can dried beans, I don't think I didn't bother stocking up on them.

Been watching these for a few months. So far, you’ve wrong about shortages about 100% of the time.

That is an expensive list, that most average people likely cannot afford. Dry rice, dry beans, peas, lentils, dry pasta. Unbleached flour, oats. Spices, salt, oil. Sugar, some honey. Canned tomatos.
❤😊 Much simplified list, and definitely more affordable.

Over the last 3 years I have purchased cases of juice concentrates then re-canned and processed them in 12 oz. Jars and set them on the shelf, freeing up my freezer.

Black eyed peas taste like dirt. Like sticking a handful of dry dirt in your mouth. you either love them like my brother or you hate them like me.
