Fat actually is a more efficient form of fuel for the cells. 1 gram of carb = 4 calories of energy. 1 gram of fat = 9 calories of energy. AND FAT BARELY ELEVATES INSULIN. AND ITS MORE SATIATING.

  2. True what you say 👍🏻 – there is not a single elite track athlete who’s on any of the Keto/ Banting high fat low carb type diet. Carbs are the king fuel if you want to be light and fast. High carb , low fat ( less than 35g ) a day is what these guys are on. Oh , and they also train like machines.
