True what you say 👍🏻 – there is not a single elite track athlete who’s on any of the Keto/ Banting high fat low carb type diet. Carbs are the king fuel if you want to be light and fast. High carb , low fat ( less than 35g ) a day is what these guys are on. Oh , and they also train like machines.

80-100 miles a week is not much for Kenyan standards. Many do 150 plus miles a week.

Not an athlete, but gotta say that even when I increase my fat and protein just a skosh while decreasing my carbs, I feel less energetic. TFP!
