that is great! you did well
man u messed up that iskudhehkaris. u made a stew with few grain of rice. the word iskudhehkaris is ( cooking all in one) but it has the word bariis (rice) before meaning the dish is rice cooked with goat. i believe you should cook the way it should be and not modify it your way. your loxoox mixture was great, the spreading needed practice.
