  1. Another indication that "some" law enforcement officers lack basic police fundamental's. Simple investigation, communication, common sense is becoming extinct in police forces everywhere. Case in point; Sturgeon Mo. officer Myron Woodson shoots a 13 lb blind deaf shih tzu, opposed to doing basic investigation. Simply ask one neighbor, apparently everyone knew the dog.
LMPD detective (indicates he's an investigator) Gillis hopefully will receive some basic training, if, that was the cause. Could be officer Gillis has ego issues, hopefully new released body cam will clarify any why this happened to one of the nicest guy's on the PGA tour.

  2. I hope this asinine situation opens the peoples’ eyes to how often police lie and fabricate to charge citizens with trumped up, phony charges. If the police will do corrupt stuff like to a high profile person like Sheffler, just think what they would do to you and I. Policing in this country is a dumpster fire of corruption and abuse of power.

  3. If Scottie did not do anything wrong than most os us citizen who get arrest did nothing wrong. or is there a law in USA for rich fame people and one for regular citizen.

  4. What a load of complete nonsense. This whole situation is a waste of taxpayer time and money. Enriching a bunch of lawyers. No wonder people can't stand lawyers. They're a bunch of parasites looking to profit from controversies that could be easily resolved by dropping the case. Everyone should go home, and get on with their lives. How ridiculous. A total disgrace.

  5. Charges should be dismissed. The Officers has no evidence because he didn’t follow policy. If he did, there would be video to prove what happened. Why would the Officers word be any better than the golfers. Can the state prove the video wasn’t erased because a mad officer over reacted. This is a ridiculous case than without evidence is a waste of time. Who obviously did something wrong? Answer, the officers by not having his video on as per policy. The Prosecuter is wanting to rush the date since the officer did not have his camera on and videos are turning up that show nothing violent happened. So is it a case of an Officer over reacting because he can, knowing the camera was off? Much adieu about nothing. This Judge was much wiser that he officer.

  6. He was arrested… and 'charge stacked'… for 'contempt of cop'. The cop got pissed because he thought the golfer was deliberately 'disobeying his authority'… even if it was just a simple traffic misunderstanding. Once again, we see that police today have lost all common sense, compassion, and sense of community. To them, its all about imposing their will on others…. even if they are wrong.

  7. This is simply a police officer that unfortunately made a horrible decision, and did not use ANY COMMON SENSE ! What is even more alarming is it appears NONE of his colleagues came to his rescue to try and stop him from making a total ass of himself. After this, he probably will not be able to get a job at the local mall! Also, I am sure this particular police officer needs some dude wipes after this video was released!!!

  8. Hey Louisville the world is watching. Losing all that revenue for a dumbass contempt of cop charge…not following police orders, when another cop told them to go-around. Yea go ahead and circle the wagons, don’t the rogue cop accountable. He’s shouldn’t have been a cop to begin with. End qualified immunity.

  9. I feel like the officer’s ego played a potentially devastating blow to his job. As facts are coming out, it’s increasingly clear the arrest should never have happened.

  10. On a side note, I watch quite a bit of police videos where cops are either door grabbing or hood jumping and it just never works out. They gotta train to never fuck with a moving car lol.

  11. Sounds like a group of cops that were all on different pages. Imagine that! I've known alot of cops in my life, and I can assure you most of them aren't the sharpest tools in the shed.

  12. I have never seen a more disgusting stupid prosecuters in my life. Arguing in court about his appearance in court when all this guy was trying to do was get a continuency and the idiot prosecuters are discriminating against him trying to stop him from moving court date. This is a kangaroo court to get votes attacking scottie.

  13. If he wasn't rich and famous he would be facing a different outcome. God forbid a black man drove through, cop would've jumped on the car and put a whole clip through the windshield

  14. Well I'm not American but I my country you follow the police directives. No one is above the law. Did the golfer think he is do special the rules dont apply to him. In the final wash up this may be good for him. Keep him grounded,
