Scott Galloway: Pro-Palestinian protests are 'anti-American activity' | Cuomo

NYU professor Scott Galloway tells NewsNation’s “CUOMO” he never could have imagined the intensity of the protests on college campuses. Galloway, who identifies as an atheist and “cultural Jew,” says he is shocked by the antisemitism in the United States, which he says is similar to the sentiments expressed in Germany before World War…

  1. THE PRESIDENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL COURT SAID THERE IS NO GENOCIDE. LEARN TO BE A NORMAL HUMAN BEING PLEASE. LEARN HOW TO READ NEWS.

THERE IS ZERO EVIDENCE OF STARVATION.

  2. "The students that were arrested were peaceful, offered no resistance whatsoever and we're saying what they wanted to say in a peaceful manner." NYPD Chief of Patrol John Chell

  3. Listening to this feels like mental gymnastics. I have been under the impression that the (civil) protesters are upset about hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars going to support the Israeli Government's war crimes. Here, it seems like they're discussing the fringe students who are willing to get aggressive and violent against Jews generally? I haven't personally encountered that… and anybody with critical thinking skills understands what antisemitism is and how wrong it is. I definitely feel like I'm misunderstanding him here, but it strikes me as a straw man to try to undermine the protests generally. What's wrong with standing against taxpayer funds supporting the further militarization of the Israeli Military? (Yes I recognize Hamas also has a horrendous track record)

  4. I'm sorry but this is not ignorance, this is intentional gaslighting from people with an agenda who know better. Hamas does not represent the Palestinian people. Hamas' leadership are not even presently located in Gaza. The IDF has killed tens of thousands of Palestinian civilians. Their indiscriminate bombing has killed a record number of journalists and foreign aid workers, including citizens of the US and even their own Israeli citizens. This is in violation of US law and international law. Calling these protests anti-Semitic is cheap politics that hold no weight as many of the loudest voices in defense of Palestine are from Jewish Americans and Israelis, including organizations like the Jewish Voice for Peace. What is anti-Semitic is for the authoritarian Netanyahu regime to use Jewish identity as a shield while turning the tragedy of October 7th into an opportunistic land grab. I believe if you asked any of these protesters if Hamas should be condemned they would say absolutely YES. Yes, Hamas' leadership should be tried and jailed and the organization should be dismantled. So too should Netanyahu and the Israeli military leadership also be tried for war crimes and removed from power, leaving Israeli democracy to pick up the pieces.

  5. This headline is irresponsible. Some people just read headlines and don't watch the segment will think these protests are anti-American.
Protesters are not happy with America's support of killing their people in Gaza. However, I don't believe they are going about it the right way.

  6. Idiots? Are you talking about Biden and his enabling of Netanyahu's war crimes? Those "idiots" were right about the Vietnam War and the Iraq War , and they're right now. The idiots are the ones not listening. By the way, I'm pro-israeli. I'm also anti-Netanyahu.

  7. Early life check: "Galloway grew up in Los Angeles, California.[7] His father was a Scottish immigrant to the United States who worked as a sales executive.[7] His mother, a Jewish immigrant from London, England, worked as a secretary"

  8. Maaaaaan, i was really a fan of Scott Galloways until i saw this shit. I still appreciate much of his rhetoric, but this aint it. He claims he wants this radical positive reformation and then supports Zionism (one of the most status of quos). I think a major problem is that he doesnt see or chooses not to see the vonnections between the parts of society he claims are toxic, the forms of oppression in america that he admitted himself he was never privy to, and the geo poltical Zionists that have worked to manipulate many aspects of conditions that keep things continually wretched in certain sectors of society.

Also, Zionists arent wholly Jewish. Jewish ppl arent wholly Zionist. God bless any Jewish person with the common sense and empathy to speak out against the genocide thag Israel is committing. Free Palestine 🇵🇸

  9. Media has been spreading hasbara all around. So here’s the facts:
Students encamped showing their regard for college campuses investing in Israel while Israel being contempt in their way of eradicating hamas by killing Palestinians without a plan.

Zionists start attacking the Palestinians encampment (especially at UCLA).

    Protestors and students fight back.

Cops are called and start attacking and arresting.

Universities turn to online schooling until the semester ends.

  10. Galloway your lying through your teeth, it wasn’t just Jewish students that were subjected to not coming to school. It was ALL students that are doing online schooling for the rest of the semester.

  11. Considering the large #s of Jewish students & FACULTY in these protests, I keep listening for verifiable examples of significant student Antisemitism & I'm simply not uncovering that!
    Very disappointed in Galloway.

  12. Let's be clear… it's the LEFT that's committing this anti-Semitism. It's always been the case. The nazis were far-left socialists (American definition). In Europe, communism is Left, socialism is Right, and anything right of socialism is FAR-RIGHT and illegitimate and doesn't have a seat at the table. It's an absurd political landscape in Europe.
