  1. oh shes wrong flat out… avoid red meats she says… red meat is the number 1 food that supports healthy testosterone production in the body… smh people think meat is bad!! how stupid!!!

  2. I am not sure of the specific fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, flowers, etc. that you may eat. Yet one common plant you may use that is maybe worth mentioning is nigella sativa.

I am not very familiar with the arabic and Islamic tradition – very little is translated for example Ibn Sina and perhaps there’s few or no material medicas – but it’s maybe worth looking at what are some of the common herbs, spices, and plants used and then go from there. Artemisia herba-alba or other species ?

Perhaps there are numerous studies that few would think of to look for. Some :

  3. Of the specific question I am not that familiar but I have seen it mentioned enough times in the literature that it is a question. It is better to eat for sexual function who knows, e.g. if the diet is good enough already, would one want to focus on plants that increase fertility, sperm quantity, quality strength and frequency of orgasm, etc. ? Some plants known to be good for extending lifespan have antifertility activities. Yet such maybe be good for or have some simultanous effect on immunity, energy, memory, or other. Perhaps focusing on any one thing, something else or multiple other things will simultaneously change.

Any single plant is a mixture of numerous bioactive secondary metabolites – tannin, alkaloid, glycoside, terpene, saponin, etc. –, and while thousands of plants may have numerous known uses, it doesn’t mean such won’t have other effects or possibly need to be combined with various other plants to as some say be harmonious.

  4. Carnivore ish diet…all or mostly red meat…steak is most palatable 🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩😄
