The Ministry of Education now says the ministry will ensure that no learners in junior school will be disadvantaged on account of lack of classrooms as the first cohort of the grade nine students begin their academic year. the ministry says 13,500 classrooms out of the needed 16,000 have been constructed even as the first term of this year began
