Hi guys
For this recipe you will need :
800g lean mince
1 tablespoon garlic flakes
1 tablespoon steak and chop spice
1/3 green pepper diced
1/3red pepper diced
1/3 yellow pepper diced
1/2onion chopped
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 beef stock cubes
**1cup water (but you can add more as you see fit)

Just made this lush dish and will defo make it again, thank you for posting recipe. I added frozen Italian mixed veggies into mince also turmeric, then potato wedges as side order and sprinkled sage seasoning onto wedges with himalayan salt and pepper…… 😋 ❤

This exactly how I cook mince 😱😅
If you want you can use curry canned vegetables if you want some spice to it and then add turmeric, salt, pepper and worcester sauce. With some brown rice or potato you can meal prep for the week, put it in the containers and keep it frozen for a long time, or you can just put them in the fridge for 2-3 days. The cost will be lower, the food will last longer and the taste would still be there if you have frozen your food for the week.

Just made this & I love how I didn't have to use oil. Substituted steak n chops with bbq & the masala with masala & some mild curry from rajah. Added salt & pepper at the end 💃🏾💃🏾
