We grew up with these problems in the 70's and 80's in Tema and Accra. The countless problems that existed in ghana 40yrs ago still exist today. Sub standard low calibre staff, round pegs in square holes. "Whom you know syndrom". Poor leadership from top to bottom. Its pointless having all the degress and you cant deliver. No one is held accountable. By international standards staff will be sacked. That will deter others from not fulfilling their performance contract. Ghana will let you down Well done Rwanda Ivory Coast etc. Shame Ghana.

dem go explain taia! if i were the parents I will sue the hell out of the hospital, state or whoever needs to be sued. The babies that lived hopefully will not have any brain deficits in the future due to no oxygen for a while. Such a joke of a country!
