Sambos of Madagascar ๐ฒ๐ฌ Street Food | Malagasy Samosas | Madagascar African Island Cooking
Welcome to Our Family Pantry. Today Iโm sharing how to make Malagasy Sambos, itโs a Street Food found in Madagascar. (Sambos translated to English means Boats). I was privileged to live there for two years and learned the Malagasy language. I learned from amazing people whom I cherish as friends to this day. I love the Malagasy people,โฆ

2:40 p.m. I too like, would prefer the 'BetaPac' curry powder ingredients -profile.
Went to school in Madagascar (Tana) as an expat kid and I always saw these at street food vendors but never ate them. Kind of regret now but thanks for the video maybe I'll find the time to make them.
My favorite thing growing up. It is still popular to everyone. Finding the right person to buy from is a challenge.
Thanks for sharing. ๐๐๐๐

Thank you! This is going to make a tasty treat for super bowl Sunday! Go RAMS!!
Lived in Madagascar when I was young, used to get these while walking around zuma
This looks so tasty! The filling alone seems so deliciousโฆ
Good job You did it right
I canโt wait to make this, looks absolutely delicious!!!! God bless
Next time please don't use spoon in stirring. It's quite visually uncomfortable to watch.

Iโm going to have to try your recipe and make them at home. Thanks for sharing!
I love samosas. I first had some years ago at an Indian restaurant. I would usually find fresh ones at Whole Foods.
