Ingredients
3 cups mealie-meal
1 cup cold water
750 ml boiling water
1. Put the mealie-meal in pot. Add cold water to make a paste.
2. Switch on the stove and add boiling water whilst stirring simultaneously.
3. Keep stirring until it boils.
4. Once it starts to boil , reduce heat and cover for 15 minutes.
