Sabayaad | somali sabayad | chapati


Ingredients
Around 4 cups of plain flour
250g warm milk
125g warm water
5 tablespoons of mixed ghee and oil
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Extra ghee and oil mixture for rolling and frying
