Good move and I hope all other counties follows suit, but unfortunately what really matters is not balancing but performance, output, rule of law, democracy, uplifting the common man and woman the list goes on and on and on. What we need is putting our priorities right, which we greatly lack in Africa. And by the way if we take care of our people these nonsense issues like tribalism religious gender wars will not be there after all.
