  1. Imagin the atrocities if Rwanda a country today Know for restraint and Conservative politics, no plastic bags, clean streets, no corrupt police best in sub Sahara africa. Streets with lowest crime. Etc was not involved. The congolese people especially woman and kids will be better of the big men and gangsters that make Congo a mess, will cry though
