  1. I lived in Madagascar when Rasirak took poor after the elected president was assassinated. Corruption is rampant…instead of trying to bring this beautiful country out of poverty, they fill their pockets. The Russian oligarchy only wants to delapidate the countries resources. Like Rasirak who stole previous and semi precious stones and his wife would go to Cartier. I know that for a fact bc I was asked to take her around Paris as I had knowledge of the country….I refused …Can't stand politicians taking advantage of their own people. I hope they don't fall in the Russian trap. Once dealing with people like this part of Russian Mafia, you are under them forever.
