I feel sorry for Africa as they actively jump from one bad partner to another and just run the risk of becoming nothing more that the filling for an East West war sandwich. It was the same hundreds of years ago during the European wars where it was decided to use Belgium land to settle any European war saving their own infrastructure. Only difference today is that Strategic Nuclear weapons would quickly make Africa a wasteland whilst the waring factions agree to disagree and go back home.

They are grooming allies — building roadways, airports, bridges, etc. Allies to use against western nations to depose western dominance. Russian and China are a Trojan Horse in Africa. If the west, especially the US, is weakened they will shred Africa into tiny bits. If history has taught us anything, it is that it is a dog-eat-dog world.
