Our experience at Marriott Papaya Playa Project was horrible. Would you stay here?
The hotel is a disaster because the employees are not paid correctly, the owner does not care about the people and treats his staff badly, in high season they did not pay those who worked at the parties. So sorry for the bad experience

Tulum has become a dangerous and greedy shit hole. It is not the place it used to be. Avoid!
You should try @vidantaresorts they are located in Riviera Maya 5 Diamond resort it’s very upscale and the customer service is top tier

Hey my favorite people. Sorry you guys experience that crappy service. Thanks for sharing. This one is a really CATFISH. It’s very surprising for Marriott. They are usually good. I guess they were going for a rustic look but the place look rusty and pop down. 😂😂😂 Uncle Marvin why did you go and disturb the raccoons. 😂😂😂 No more screaming 😂😂😂😂.
