  1. Ruger, just go on and make the 9mm version. The PC Carbine is great, but it’s too heavy. The PC Charger needs a 10 inch barrel. A 9mm version could be the Glock carbine we all wanted.

  2. If Ruger had this same rifle in 9, I'm in. Their PC carbine is too heavy, but still great. I don't want to spend 100's of dollars to upgrade to Mcarbo triger and Magpul Backpacker stock.

  3. Ruger, we need a 21st Century All American Carbine in a 21st Century caliber like 10mm. I realize the .45 ACP is a no-brainer for a suppression gun. There are times and engagement ranges that require you to go loud and the LC Carbine in 10 mm would be a great truck gun for urban and semi-rural areas where you need longer range but not full power rifle range. I can see a select fire version being a US Military Special OPS TOE candidate. Ruger makes firearm tools that are tough as sledge hammers for fixing life-threatening problems, harvesting game and generational recreational shooting that makes American families proficient citizen soldiers and community defenders.

  4. I need custom smith mfg to make a short VFG handguard like their 5.7 one. I will throw a faux can barrel cover on this and make a little PDW in 45. Just needs an MP7 style stock. I see a lot of potential for this. Very excited to see it

  5. Ballistically speaking 45acp in std loadings makes for a poor PCC, in +P it's expensive but better ballistics. This is what generations of pistol caliber carbine shooters have discovered and rediscovered over the years (in my case going back to the 70's :)). On the good news side it's just a few tweaks away from 10mm which is great in a PCC so there's that…
