Awesome recipe thank you for sharing I am looking forward to making this recipe to put on my enchiladas!
Your salsa was great.i only had jalapenas and i used about 1lb of jalapena because i need to litle heat.but i followed the method and the other ingredients.great flavor and i am eating some with my chips right now.next time i will try the poblanos and serano and as always i will up the heat because i am so used to hot peppers from a child that certain taste buds may be burnt out by now and i need a lot to burn me.but great method and ingredients.
But cant be said better.people are wimpy about hot stuff even when its hardly hot they are dying.so its good you are removing the seeds
Wow.i am surprised that 1jalapena with seeds is spicy.i guess for some people.i used 1lb with seeds the last time and it was just a tickle on my tongue.but i will try this version definitely .i have to follow the maestra because i am just the student and what do i know.
hi i need to know if after everything is mixed and processed if you can then pour it over your enchiladas and cook in the oven until your enchiladas are done, like you would any other
green sauce ?
Goes great over eggs, too.
This is like watching a Mexican teach you how to make Chinese food. It’s not legit. 7sec and 10 words in, I’m out. By the way lady, it’s “salsa verde,” not “verde salsa.”
I might actually try making salsa, after seeing this recipe. I hate spicy food as I think it ruins everything it touches, so I will make it without the jalapeño. I do love the flavor of Poblano chile.
If you saute tomatoes with little oil in a wok on high flame without adding any salt or sugar you get burnt effect but minus the juice.
I don't have a microwave so I'm forced to do this.
I am learning Mexican veg food recently and I find your recipe authentic. I love Mexican food it is almost like Indian food. Love you Robin. thanks
Umm 😋🤗😚 yummy. Awesome
I didn't because I didn't want them soaked with oil. Didn't know what to expect!!! Guess I should have tried anyway? But it was good!!!
Hello rockinrobin, tried your grilled green salsa for dinner. It is very good. Made enchiladas which came loose 😄 but very good. I didn't want flour tortillas so I used corn
Great video Robin and if you ever do a cookbook I'm grabbing a copy!! 😉👍
I never tried this but I'm going to make it this week.looks great.i like the roasting too.
how do you cut the saran wrap? when i do it it clings together and i struggle with it.
How do you sharpen a serrated knife?
U HAVE A BEAUTIFUL Kitchen!!
Good stuff Robin, I consider myself a salsa snob, have been making it for years but I had never made verde salsa with roasting the veggies. I amped mine up abit with some shallots roasted and more garlic.
Robin, could I make this in greater quantity and can it? Any suggestions on doing that?
