The minister spoke so much about efforts to reform the educational sector. However, the efforts made so far seem to exclude the practitioners and implementers of any reform effort (e,g., curricula). Any educational effort that excludes the teachers in the planning process is an empty promise. Any documents produced at the end of this voyage will end up on the shelves.
You don't design curriculum and foist it on teachers. Let the teachers be involved in the process so that they can take ownership of it when it is time for implementation.
