@GreenAlamo

Notice how no one is bent on solving the problem.. Its just blame blame blame and those in power are also talking in third person… Acting like there a supernatural entity which they're blaming and should come down from the sky and enforce the rules…

When you have to buy a 200m house through a bank loan, trust me, you're punching above your weight. People that have money to buy houses look for finished projects.

@hammago

There is a video title that caught my attention: "This $500,000 property will cause the London housing market to crash." It sounds like big news. Has anyone seen this video? I'm curious about what it's about.

@josephrubalema1193

Well this all fits perfectly with a broken down system. Every one in this meeting is legally mandated to prevent the problem but they are defending their incompetence with excuses

@NyxAndrew

@namanyadrake6804

It is the buyer's fault to buy what has not yet been constructed…

@user-en1zc5vd6y

How about the authorities making sure that structures built are up to the standard. Setting up a warranty sounds good but we all know being reimbursed after any issues is extremely hard.

@TheAanswer

the government is the problem atm. I wonder how it runs stuff.
