  1. Black elected officials in So Cal have been accused of hiring anyone but Black in their local offices. Apparently, they have elected to cater to the growing demographic in order to secure re-election.

It's very sad–if not disturbing–that they are prioritizing the needs of other cultural communities over those of Blacks, whose numbers are dwindling in cities like Los Angeles. Blacks put these elected officials in office decades ago. They shouldn't overlook the needs of the Black community. Blacks must use the power of the vote to support candidates of any race, who are responsive to the community's needs.

  2. I have evidence where I applied for voter registration and the only available space for me to fill out was for the official only. I tried to apply as an independent over 30 some years ago this option was refused. You would be surprised how blatant zip code racism is down in Georgia. Don't let them think you came from California.

  3. "If your waiting for taxpayers…" Aren't black people tax payers too? We have said it before and we will say it again my black tax dollars for my black neighborhood(s). Social security had better be there when I retire to.

  4. Phil, president Clinton said that the black politician didn't ever make any demands of him. He said they only invited him to make a speech or play his saxophone. He didn't understand this.
