  1. I enjoy your videos. My employer has been bullying and harassing me for years. I need to leave because I have gotten sick. Can you tell me how to find a headhunter to help with a job search?

  2. This is an absolutely heartbreaking event. My condolences to Dr. Candia- Bailey's love one's and village.
I started FMLA this week due to anxiety and intrusive thoughts. My therapist requested I stay out 12 weeks. I'm approved for 30 days and my therapist is going to request an extension at the start of February. I've retained an employee rights attorney who plans on submitting an EEOC complaint on my behalf. Warning letters have been sent to both the department head and Head of HR.
I'm going to retire in the summer. I'm going to use the summer months off to pivot and explore other options. It's like a coworker told me, Ecclesiastes 9:4 a living dog is better than a dead lion.

  3. this was so horrible to learn. My girlfriends and i all deal with this bullying. We as Black women are going through this at rampant rates and yet the world still demands our excellence. Thank you for this conversation.

  4. This just breaks my heart. The prevalence of workplace bullying is shocking!!! This should be a crime, just like hate crimes. Thank you both for speaking so openly and honestly about it💔😢

  5. Thank you for this discussion. Can you talk about bullying done in the workplace from, particularly, one black woman to another black woman? Also, bullying from Latino coworkers to black workers? Or, overall, when and/or why people of color participate in bullying other people of color in the workplace? Unfortunately, this does exist and is particularly hurtful when it happens. Would like to know what motivates black women or women of color to bully other black women in the workplace. Thank you.

  6. Hi Dr Kimani! I’m currently viewing your video 👋🏾✨Also, I wanted to inform you that I emailed you a couple of days ago just in case you were unaware 👍🏾.
