Thanks for your video. They look great. What type of flour do you use? Do you add olive and or sunflower oil and/or sugar as well? They look as if it has a crispy skin but are they filling, as some bread rolls are like fresh air. I really want to try them out.

Is that 380 Celsius or Fahrenheit?
Do you use cake flour or casavva flour?
